Amaretto is made in a traditional manner, combining a premium almond extract (the purest form of almond) and high-quality vanilla with sugar, water and alcohol. Balancing the ratio of these ingredients creates dominant notes of sweet almond – redolent of marzipan – followed by hints of vanilla, finished with a toasted almond nuttiness.
